Redefining Cottage Style
When you think of the word "cottage," different things may come to mind. Generally, cottage style refers to craftsman features, wide front porches, shutters and tons of charm. That's how I'd describe our homes at The Village at Autumn Lake. The traditional, low-country architecture suggests a relaxed, comfortable way of life.
The term "cottage" can be misleading in one way though. Cottages can also be thought of as intimate, small places, and our homes are anything but. We have a library of home plans to meet your family's needs, with floor plans of over 3,000 square feet. Our townhomes at the Cottages at Autumn Lake are spacious too, ranging from 1,950-2,800 square feet.
Our properties offer a cozy cottage aesthetic without sacrificing space - the best of both worlds.
