Lately, we’ve been using our blog to get insight from Rich Kristophel, one of the 2 real estate agents selling property in Autumn Lake. He told us what makes the townhomes and houses exceptional, but he says the appeal of Autumn Lake goes far beyond the buildings.
“Autumn Lake is a unique neighborhood with large live oaks, and neo-traditional style homes,” says Rich. “A lot of thought went into developing this neighborhood to make it look and feel like an older, established neighborhood.”
With a playground, a pool and clubhouse, grassy parks, the lake, the pavilion, the large sidewalks and lamp posts, Rich says the community is very attractive to families. “It feels safe and family-oriented. Most of the neighbors get to know each other because it was designed for front porch living,” says Rich. “We have great homes and floor plans, but what attracts people to our community is the charm and feeling of home.”
Whether his clients are looking for a large, standalone home for a growing family, or a spacious, low-maintenance townhome, he says Autumn Lake has much to offer. “We have two great communities that surround a 9 acre lake. Both communities are unique and offer different styles of living.”
