Say No to Cookie Cutter Houses

There’s an unfortunate trend in some of the new communities being developed right now. Too many developers follow the “cookie cutter” plan: buy a large parcel of land, bulldoze it, and squeeze as many new homes into the acreage as you can, as quickly as possible.

The end result is a neighborhood lacking in diversity. Treeless lots line crowded streets where one house blends right into the next.

But not in the Village at Autumn Lake.

Firstly, we didn’t steamroll the landscape, but carefully preserved many of the trees – including Savannah’s iconic live oaks draped in Spanish moss. Our lots are spaced generously, and the community layout includes several parks and green spaces.

As for the homes we build – we offer a variety of home plans, each with so many options for customization that no two homes look exactly alike. The low-country architecture gives the neighborhood a cohesive aesthetic, but each home has its own unique touches. A sprawling, 2-story house with double front porches fits in perfectly next to a one-story cottage with rocking chairs on the back patio.

We invite you to explore all of our floor plans. On each floor plan page, you’ll see a slideshow of images featuring homes built using our plans. We think you’ll agree – there are no cookie cutter homes here at Autumn Lake, just quality homes with loads of character and charm.
